Turn down Volumetric Fog Resolution Lowered mine from High to Low and got another 5 - 10 fps depending on scene. Ambient Occlusion to Low or Medium helps a bit too. If somebody could dig up that post with googledoc where ALL the graphic settings for Cyberpunk were explained I swear to save it and post it in every post like this that I see.

DLSS will only really cut your quality on dynamic or static settings from what I can see in the many test, tho it adds a shade of blur. but i agree with testing all the resolutions.
